Janet Voyce

Janet has had a varied career, beginning with hotel management, then via Bass Brewers and veterinary practice management, including at an RSPCA animal hospital, finally  achieving her dream to open her own dog hotel and grooming business.
A sudden major relapse and completely unexpected diagnosis of RRMS in June 2015 turned her life upside down.  A fast and aggressive progression meant that by the time she underwent HSCT in Moscow in July 2017, she had an EDSS score of 6.5 and was confirmed to have SPMS.
Janet is no longer able to work and her business had to close, but HSCT has halted progression of her MS and after 3 years of rollercoaster recovery she wants to pay forward her good fortune by becoming a Trustee of AIMS.
