Please complete the form below to apply for a grant from AIMS towards travel expenses for HSCT.

We invite applications for travel expenses grants for patients who have been accepted to have HSCT in the UK (any facility), Mexico (Puebla or Monterrey). Travel grants for treatment in Russia (Moscow) are currently suspended. 

 

We ONLY invite applications from patients who have confirmed places at one of the above facilities between the dates stated. 

 

This form is the first of two forms that applicants will need to complete. If you are eligible to complete the second form, we will send this to you to complete within 28 days, and always prior to our next trustees meeting.

 

Application does not guarantee a grant and all cases will be considered on their own merits. Applications are only open to UK residents with a confirmed treatment date, and an haematologically-rooted autoimmune disease that is treated at one of the AIMS-supported facilities.
