Professor Guillermo J. Ruiz-Argüelles

Prof. Ruiz-Argüelles is the current president of the Mexican Society of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant. In 2015 he decided to open his HSCT program to international patients concordant with his advocacy of improving the quality of life of persons with multiple sclerosis. With Professor David Gómez-Almaguer, he was honored with the 2017 Distinguished Service Award by the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research. Participating with AIMS and specially in this meeting for him is truly an honor and the opportunity to share his experience of conducting HSCT in Clinica Ruiz for the MS community.
