"Since having HSCT, my fatigue is almost gone. I can do things like a normal person. It's amazing. And my bladder has improved, which is a big deal. Again, I can do normal things. I can walk better. I was using a cane and I probably should have been using a walker before. And now I don't need either one of those.
It's been amazing. I've become more confident in pretty much everything. I speak more openly about MS and healthcare. What's needed. I found out I can rock a really short hairdo. So I am and I can wear heels. I know that's frivolous. But I can wear a little bit of a heel again. And that just makes life a little bit more fun"
